FANRYN rock wool boards are produced from natural basalt and limestone, which are melted at ultra-high temperatures exceeding 1450℃ in a specialized furnace. The molten material is then fiberized through advanced centrifugal spinning technology, forming an intricate matrix of mineral wool. These fibres are subsequently bonded with a high-performance thermosetting resin to create a durable and dimensionally stable product.
