Beijing Fanryn Technology Co., Ltd. has introduced its newly upgraded high-density fiberglass ceiling board, designed specifically for commercial and institutional applications where acoustic control and fire safety are critical.

The board is manufactured from high-density fiberglass wool, with a decorative fiberglass tissue on the visible face and a standard tissue backing. The four edges are sealed and square, ensuring a clean, parallel fit with standard exposed grid systems (15mm or 24mm grid width).

Key highlights of the new board include:

• Density range: 90 – 130 kg/m³

• Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC): 0.9 – 1.0, offering excellent sound absorption for classrooms, offices, and shopping centers

• Fire safety: Class A non-combustible material

• Thermal resistance: ≥0.5 (m²·K/W)

• Humidity performance: Dimensionally stable at up to 95% RH at 40°C, with no sagging, warping, or delamination

The board is available in white, black, and customized colors. Multiple facing options are offered, including decorative fiberglass tissue and PVC facing, allowing architects and specifiers to match different interior design requirements.

In addition, the ceiling board is fully recyclable, supporting green building standards. The product also complies with radionuclide limits for building materials (Ira≤1.0, Ir≤1.3), ensuring safety for indoor use.

Standard sizes include 600*600mm and 600*1200mm, with thickness options of 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. The boards are packed in cartons, with a 40HQ container able to load approximately 2,300 to 3,800 square meters depending on thickness.
