PIR Composite Insulation Panel Drives Energy Efficiency in Green Buildings

July 30, 2026

As global requirements for building energy conservation and carbon reduction continue to rise, high-performance insulation materials are gaining increasing attention in HVAC applications. Beijing Fanryn Technology Co., Ltd. has developed a PIR composite insulation panel that features an ultra-low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K and a Class 0 fire rating (BS 476 Part 6 & 7 certified). The product is now widely used in commercial complexes, healthcare facilities, and industrial plants.

The panel features a closed-cell PIR foam core sandwiched between aluminum foil facings, delivering excellent thermal insulation performance along with moisture and mold resistance. It effectively reduces energy consumption in air conditioning systems while extending the service life of buildings. To date, the product line has been successfully exported to South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, earning recognition as a trusted insulation solution for green building projects.

Beijing Fanryn Technology remains committed to innovation, striving to provide customers worldwide with more efficient and safer HVAC insulation solutions.
