Products Description
FANRYN Rock Wool Board is manufactured from natural rocks such as basalt and limestone. The rocks are melted in a cupola at temperatures exceeding 1450°C, and the molten lava is fiberized by a high-speed spinner. These inorganic fibers are then bonded using a thermosetting resin to form a stable and resilient wool matrix.
To enhance performance for specific applications, the board is laminated with a reinforced aluminium foil facing on one side. This durable foil layer acts as a radiant barrier, effectively reflecting heat to significantly improve overall thermal insulation efficiency. Simultaneously, it serves as a premium vapour barrier, effectively resisting moisture penetration to protect the integrity of the insulation core and prevent mould growth. The clean, robust surface also simplifies handling and installation, making it an ideal, high-performance solution for HVAC duct insulation, roofing systems, and wall linings.
