FANRYN Rock Wool Blanket with Wire Mesh is manufactured from natural rocks such as basalt and limestone. The raw materials are melted in a cupola at temperatures exceeding 1450°C, and the molten lava is fiberized by a high-speed spinner. The resulting inorganic fibers are bonded together using a thermosetting resin, forming a flexible yet durable blanket. One side is reinforced with a galvanized or stainless steel wire mesh, providing additional mechanical strength and ease of installation. The product is cut into standard or custom sizes for convenient handling and application.
